Cancellation Policy

We understand that life is unpredictable and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. However, we kindly request that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment after 7am the day of, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. If you are able to provide 24 hours notice prior to your appointment, no fee will be charged.
